Thank you so much for supporting Geeky and Kinky, It means the world to me! I ship all orders as quickly as I can. Please be mindful that here at Geeky and Kinky it's just me packing orders, designing products, creating artwork, doing inventory, vending shows, and taking out the trash. It can take a little longer to process orders than it might for a big-box retailer.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 3 business days, occasionally may take longer (please note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days!). All orders are shipped in the order that they are received.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Domestic Orders:

All orders within the US include tracking, with projected delivery within 3-5 business days of ship date for first class shipments and 1-3 business days for priority mail shipments. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.  

It can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for your package information to appear in the USPS system. Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification for your tracking number to show up. 

Keep in mind that USPS tracking is a guide, not an exact science.  The barcode on your package’s label is scanned as it moves through various shipping facilities on its way to you, but it’s not uncommon for scanners to miss the barcode, causing tracking information to be insufficiently updated.  Please be patient and give your package time to arrive safely to you.  

Once i drop off packages at the post office I unfortunately don't have any control over them, so if you have questions about the status of your shipment after it's gone out, talk to your mail carrier or call your local post office to follow up.

If your order has been marked as "delivered" please file a Missing Mail inquiry with the USPS. I unfortunately cannot replace missing or stolen "delivered" items.

International Orders:

All international orders include limited tracking but no guaranteed delivery date. USPS international tracking can take a few days to show up in the system, and not all countries' postal services keep this information updated, so tracking on international orders may be missing or incomplete.  International orders generally take around 8-12 business days to reach their destinations.

A FEW HELPFUL TIPS

1) PLEASE BE PATIENT - Sometimes package do not get scanned. I've seen this happening more and more. I send out a package and it will say its sitting in the St. Louis Post Office for 3 days, and then POOF it will show up at your front door. The USPS will not declare your package lost in transit until 14 Days with no movement. PLEASE BE PATIENT. 

2) YOUR PACKAGE WASN'T STOLEN  - Time and time again I've gotten an email saying "My package says it's delivered, but it's not there." Lets face it some mail carriers are just lazy. They'll scan a package as delivered, and then deliver it to you the next day. Please don't freak out. Give it 24 hours and if it doesn't show up, contact me. 


3) I DON'T HAVE AN MORE TRACKING INFO THEN YOU DO. After I pack your order, I had it off to the nice USPS workers at the St. Louis Main Branch Post Office. Your package is given a tracking number. It's the same number that you are given. I don't have any more info than you do. People seem to think I have some secret website with extra info about your package. I do not

 

All orders are sent as quickly and as securely as possible, but unfortunately USPS isn't perfect, and mail does occasionally get backed up or lost in the system. Remember that whenever you order an item online, it runs a small risk of being delayed due to circumstances on the part of the shipping provider, which are beyond the control of the shipper. 

It shouldn't have to be said, but if you enter the wrong shipping address, I am not responsible for items sent to those wrong addresses. please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.

I do everything i can to make sure your order will get to you on time, and all orders placed according to the above guidelines will be dropped off at the post office on schedule, but i am not responsible for mistakes or delays caused by USPS and/or foreign postal services.  Once your package is in the care of the post office it's no longer in my hands. That said, if your order is goes missing prior to delivery and USPS can't help you track it down.
