Bought this nearing a month ago and received a tracking number, however the product never shipped/usps is still awaiting on the package. I attempted the contact me details but had no response

I love this pin so much! The product picture is a match to what the pin looks like in real life, but it's definitely a lot bigger than I expected. I can't wait to put this in my new ita backpack. As a long time customer, I can say without hesitation that G&K has the best pins ever! LLAP y'all!
